利用昆虫辐射技术或 F- 1不育防治棉铃虫的研究 ,需要进行大量人工饲养 ,提供释放不育虫虫源。由于棉铃虫幼虫在一定发育时期内存在严重的自相残杀行为 ,所以饲养技术非常复杂 ,产量低 ,成本高。本文记述了一种适于大量人工饲养棉铃虫的技术 ,这一饲养系统充分考虑了简化操作和降低成本等实际问题。同时对饲养种群世代循环中各虫态的饲养手段进行了论述。该人工饲料饲养方法在幼虫接种后第 2 0 d可获得 75 %~ 85 %的出蛹率 ,成虫羽化率 90 %~ 93% ,平均每雌产卵 80 0~ 130 0粒 ,每代饲养周期 4 0~ 4 2 d。
The use of insect radiation or F-1 in the control of cotton bollworm infestation requires extensive artificial feeding to provide a source of infertility. As cotton bollworm larvae in a certain period of development there are serious cannibalism, so feeding technology is very complicated, low yield and high cost. This article describes a technique suitable for large numbers of artificially raised bollworm that takes into account the practical problems of streamlining operations and reducing costs. At the same time, feeding mechanism of each insect state in feeding cycle of generations was discussed. The artificial feeding method larvae inoculated on the 20th after d 0 get 75% ~ 85% of the pupation rate, adult eclosion rate of 90% to 93%, an average of 80 0 ~ 130 0 per female egg, feeding cycle per generation 4 0 ~ 4 2 d.
