一、浙江省开展财政支出绩效评价工作的概况浙江省开展财政支出绩效评价工作起步较早,2005年起积极展开工作探索。2009年开始探索预算绩效管理工作,加强项目绩效目标管理,开展财政扶持政策和财政支出项目的评价。从原来的财政支出项目事中、事后绩效评价,向逐步构建“事前目标设立、事中绩效跟踪、事后绩效评价”预算绩效管理体系转变,从原来单纯的财政支出项目评价,向财政政策和项目评价转变。
