目的分析子宫静脉内平滑肌瘤病(IVL)的临床特征和诊治,提高对本病的认识。方法回顾性分析江苏省常州市第一人民医院2006年1月至2014年1月收治的11例IVL患者的资料。结果 10例术前诊断不明确,1例明确,术后病理均证实。随访至今均未复发。结论 IVL是一种良性病变,但具有恶性肿瘤的生物学行为,术前诊断率低,确诊主要依靠病理检查,治疗首选手术,术中应仔细探查,彻底切除肿瘤,术后需严密随访。
Objective To analyze the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of uterine vein leiomyomatosis (IVL) and to raise awareness of the disease. Methods The data of 11 patients with IVL admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Changzhou, Jiangsu Province from January 2006 to January 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 10 cases of preoperative diagnosis is not clear, 1 case of clear, postoperative pathology confirmed. No recurrence so far. Conclusion IVL is a benign disease. However, it has the biological behavior of malignant tumor with low preoperative diagnosis. The diagnosis mainly depends on the pathological examination and the treatment of the preferred surgery. The operation should be carefully explored and the tumor completely excised and closely followed up.
