柴油机排气中的微粒物质对环境和人体健康有极坏影响。本文作者采用稀释通道、热重分析仪,测量了S195柴油机微粒排放的质量浓度,对微粒中的碳和碳氢化合物两种组分进行了分析。作者还使用蜂窝陶瓷过滤排气中的微粒,用燃油添加刑的方法对过滤器进行催化再生。结果表明,过滤器可大幅度减少微粒排放量。燃油添加剂再生效果好,对柴油机的排放和经济性影响不大。与电加热再生相比,燃油添加剂催化再生简单、可靠,具有较大的应用价值。
Diesel exhaust particulate matter on the environment and human health have a very bad influence. The author uses a dilution channel and a thermogravimetric analyzer to measure the mass concentration of particulate emissions from the S195 diesel engine, and analyzes the carbon and hydrocarbon components in the particulate. The author also uses honeycomb ceramics to filter the particles in the exhaust gas, adding fuel to the filter to regenerate the filter. The results show that the filter can significantly reduce particulate emissions. Fuel additive regeneration effect is good, little effect on diesel emissions and economy. Compared with electric heating regeneration, catalytic regeneration of fuel additives is simple and reliable, and has great application value.
