以携带褐纹病菌的茄子叶片为试材,采用室内分离鉴定、致病性测定、室内抑菌试验等方法进行病原分离,并研究了病原菌的致病性及抗药性,为田间茄子褐纹病的诊断与防治提供参考依据。结果表明:共分离到9个菌株,菌株类型有产生α型分生孢子、β型分生孢子、混合型分生孢子及只产生菌丝不产生载孢体类型;致病性测定发现菌株PvTF-11、PvVSJ-22、PvVL-211对茄子叶片致病性较强;茄子褐纹病菌的室内抑菌试验发现PvVL-621、PvVL-211属于药剂敏感型菌株,PvVSJ-101、PvVSJ-102属于抗药型菌株。说明在人工培养条件下茄子褐纹病菌也可以产生β型分生孢子及混合型分生孢子类型;且茄子褐纹病菌已产生抗药性菌株。
The pathogen was isolated from the leaves of eggplant with pathogenic bacteria of Bacteria, and the pathogen was isolated and identified by means of indoor separation and identification, pathogenicity test and antibacterial test in laboratory. The pathogenicity and drug resistance of pathogen were also studied. Diagnosis and prevention provide the reference. The results showed that there were 9 strains isolated, the strains were producing α-type conidia, β-type conidia, mixed conidia and mycelium-producing type only did not produce carrier; pathogenicity test found that the strain PvTF PvuL-211, PvVSJ-22, and PvVL-211 were highly pathogenic to eggplant leaves. The indoor antibacterial test showed that PvVL-621 and PvVL-211 belonged to drug sensitive strains. PvVSJ-101 and PvVSJ-102 belonged to Resistant strains. These results indicated that the β-type conidia and mixed conidia could be produced by the brown mold pathogen in eggplant under artificial culture conditions. And the resistant strains of the brown mold of eggplant had been produced.
