近些年来,利用具有流动性的压力传递介质,致使薄壁套产生弹性变形对工件进行定位夹紧的液压胀套式夹具,在机械加工及其测量等方面的应用正日益增多。这是因为这种根据液体静压力传递原理(巴斯加原理)设计的夹具具有结构简单,定心准确,夹紧适度均匀,使用方便以及因夹紧和定心同时达到而节省辅助时间等许多优点。为此,本文将结合这类夹具的典型实例,就它们的结构特点、使用方法、设计原则和制造要点作一介绍。
In recent years, the use of a fluid pressure transmission medium, resulting in thin-walled sleeve elastic deformation of the workpiece positioning fixture clamping hydraulic expansion sleeve fixture, machining and its measurement is increasing applications.
