营销文化在企业经营中占有重要地位,是企业经营的精神支柱。营销文化应该从顾客的角度出发,将顾客放到重要地位,为企业与顾客之间构建良好的沟通平台。本文主要剖析营销文化的内涵以及其对企业的重要性和企业在经营过程中在营销文化方面的一些问题,以及如何塑造营销文化和提升企业中的营销文化,并对企业营销文化塑造过程中遇到的问题提出解决对策。
Marketing culture occupies an important position in the business, is the spiritual pillar of business. Marketing culture should be from the customer’s point of view, the customer placed an important position for enterprises and customers to build a good platform for communication.
