我校对新课程下的小学数学课堂教学进行了改革,初步探索出以学生为主体的“四步自主学习法”。一、引情激趣上课伊始的精彩引言,往往给学生带来新异、亲切的感觉,使学生把学习当成一种自我需要,自然地进入学习新知的情境。其导人的关键是教师要根据学生的心理特点,把知识发生的背景,置于一幕幕使学生喜爱、惊奇的情境之中,使学生处于“心求通而未达,口欲言而不能”
