用 X衍射和透射电镜研究了孪晶马氏体淬火及深冷后的微细组织结构。结果表明 ,深冷处理后硬度提高主要来自微细弥散碳化物的沉淀析出 ,这些碳化物的直径在 1 0 -6mm级 ,深冷处理使马氏体的轴比 c/ a降低。
The microstructure of twinned martensite after quenching and cryogenic cooling was studied by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the hardness increase after cryogenic treatment mainly comes from the precipitation of finely dispersed carbide. The diameter of these carbides is in the range of 10-6 mm, and the cryogenic treatment reduces the axial ratio c / a of martensite.
