On March 14, in order to meet the promulgation and implementation of the new consumer law, to better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, and to promote and popularize the knowledge of air travel, the Civil Aviation Administration of China Civil Aviation Administration, the North China Regional Administration and the Civil Affairs Bureau of China Civil Aviation Authority Consumer Affairs Center Beijing Capital International Airport organized a symposium and related publicity activities with the theme of “new laws, new rights and responsibilities, and new responsibilities.” During the forum, Director Liu Yumei of Consumer Affairs Center briefed the participants on the general situation of the civil aviation consumer affairs work in 2013.
