为探究四种不同扫描路径对熔覆层质量的影响,在TC4(Ti-6Al-4V)钛合金表面进行多道单层激光熔覆试验。熔覆粉末为Ni60A自熔性粉末,工艺参数为激光功率500 W、送粉电压10 V、扫描速度2 mm/s、多道搭接率45%,扫描路径为实验设计的四种不同的扫描路径:热搭接、两种不同方式的冷搭接和回形搭接。结果发现,在冷搭接和回形搭接的扫描方式下得到的熔覆层表面相比于热搭接平整度较差。热搭接得到的熔覆层表面最平整,平均洛氏硬度最高。冷搭接熔覆层显微硬度最高,而回形搭接熔覆层显微硬度最低。
In order to investigate the influence of four different scanning paths on the quality of the cladding layer, multi-layer single-layer laser cladding test was performed on TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V) titanium alloy surface. The cladding powder is Ni60A self-fluxing powder with the process parameters of 500 W laser power, powder feeding voltage of 10 V, scanning speed of 2 mm / s and multi lap lap rate of 45%. The scanning path is four different designs Path: hot lap, two different ways of lap lap and back lap lap. As a result, it was found that the surface of the cladding layer obtained in the cold lap and the back lap scanning was inferior to the heat lap flatness. The surface of the cladding obtained by thermal lapping is the most flat with the highest average Rockwell hardness. The cold lap coating has the highest microhardness, while the back lap lap coating has the lowest microhardness.
