沈阳铁路局是一个拥有34万全民职工的国有特大型铁路企业,其中干部7万多人,管辖辽宁、吉林两省全境及黑龙江、内蒙古、河北省(区)的部分地区。几年来,全局各级组织把干部培训工作作为提高干部队伍素质的重要途径,提高认识,加强领导。紧密围绕企业发展和干部队伍的实际,采取切实可行的方法,加强培训力度。随着中国加入WTO之后各方政策及干部的思想都应当跟国际接
Shenyang Railway Bureau is a state-owned large railway enterprise with 340,000 full-time workers, including over 70,000 cadres, covering the entire territory of Liaoning and Jilin provinces as well as parts of Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia and Hebei (districts). In recent years, the organizations at all levels at all levels have taken the training of cadres as an important way to improve the quality of cadres, raising their awareness and stepping up their leadership.
