Na+/K+-ATP酶即钠泵,是Na+、K+离子跨膜转运的载体蛋白,且具有不依赖离子泵的信号转导功能,与特异性配体强心甾类物质(如哇巴因)结合,通过与质膜上邻近蛋白的相互作用,转导信号激发细胞内的级联反应,促进正常细胞的分化与增殖,诱导肿瘤细胞的凋亡。Na+/K+-ATP酶由α、β及γ亚基组成,催化亚基α在Na+/K+-ATP酶行使信号转导功能时起重要作用。α亚基有α1、α2、α3、α4四种亚型,哇巴因对不同亚型的α亚基敏感程度不同。现就哇巴因启动的细胞内信号转导使α亚基表达改变与细胞增殖及凋亡的关系以及α亚基在信号转导机制中的研究进展予以综述。
