在不间断电源(UPS)老化试验中,自负载环路电流法可收到节能和降低试验费用的效果。此方法是:用被测UPS自身的AC/DC整流器作非线性负载,以环路电流作为被测电流,并使用DC调节器控制被测负载功率、提供被测UPS消耗的能量。若进行线性负载试验,则再使用一负载调整器调整负载特性。实验证实,与直接使用RLC或整流器负载的常规试验方法比较,此法可节能80%左右。
In uninterrupted power supply (UPS) weathering tests, self-loading loop current method can receive energy savings and reduce test costs. This method is to use the measured UPS’s own AC / DC rectifier as the nonlinear load, the loop current as the measured current, and the DC regulator to control the measured load power to provide the measured UPS energy consumption. If the linear load test, then use a load regulator to adjust the load characteristics. Experiments show that, compared with the conventional test method using RLC or rectifier load directly, this method can save about 80% energy.
