目的对老年精神病患者住院期间的安全护理方式进行分析讨论。方法选取医院收治的137例老年精神病患者,对其安全护理方式进行总结分析。结果经过详细的临床评估、恰当合理的护理措施后,临床疗效明显提高。有效率96.4%。BPRS量表总分、焦虑抑郁、活动过多等方面治疗前后具有差异性。说明心理干预对老年精神障碍患者情感障碍、意志障碍的改善具有很好的临床疗效。结论恰当的护理措施可提高老年精神障碍患者的临床疗效,利于患者病情恢复,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To analyze and discuss the safety nursing methods of elderly mental patients during hospitalization. Methods A total of 137 elderly patients with mental disorders admitted to the hospital were selected and their nursing methods were summarized. Results After a detailed clinical evaluation, appropriate and reasonable care measures, the clinical efficacy was significantly improved. Effective 96.4%. BPRS scale total score, anxiety and depression, hyperactivity and other aspects of the treatment before and after the difference. It shows that psychological intervention has a good clinical effect on the improvement of affective disorder and the disturbance of mood in elderly patients with mental disorders. Conclusion Appropriate nursing measures can improve the clinical efficacy of elderly patients with mental disorders, which will benefit the patient’s condition recovery and improve the quality of life of patients.
