目的 探讨染色体多态性与生殖异常的关系.方法 对2014年1月以来在本院门诊的1 286例遗传咨询者行外周血染色体核型分析.结果 在1286例遗传咨询者中检出染色体多态性核型42例,占3.27%.根据多态性变异可主要归为下列4种类型:(1) D/G组随体增加共4例,占多态性核型的9.52%;(2)次缢痕增加(包括1号、9号、16号染色体)共6例,占多态性核型的14.29%;(3)9号染色体臂间倒位共1 4例,占多态性核型的33.33%;(4)Y染色体多态性18例,占多态性核型的42.86%.在612例男性不育遗传咨询者中检出染色体多态性核型28例,占4.58%;在674例女性不良妊娠遗传咨询者中检出染色体多态性核型14例,占2.08%.结论 染色体多态性与男性不育和女性不良妊娠密切相关.“,”Objective:To investigate the relationship between chromosome polymorphism and reproductive abnormality.Methods:The karyotype analysis of peripheral blood chromosomes was performed in 1286 cases of outpatients in our hospital since January 2014.Results:In the 1286 cases of genetic counseling in the detection of chromosome polymorphism karyotype 42 cases,accounting for 3.27%.According to the polymorphism variability,the following four types can be classified as follows:(1) 4 cases of D / G group increased by 9.52% of polymorphic karyotype;(2) 9,chromosome 16),accounting for 14.29% of the polymorphic karyotype;(3) There were 14 cases of chromosome 9 intervertebral inversion,accounting for 33.33% of the polymorphic karyotype;(4) Y chromosome Polymorphism in 18 cases,accounting for 42.86% of the polymorphic karyotype.In 612 cases of male infertility genetic counseling were detected chromosome polymorphism karyotype in 28 cases,accounting for 4.58%;674 cases of female infertility genetic counseling in the detection of chromosome polymorphism karyotype in 14 cases,accounting for 2.08%.Conclusion:Chromosome polymorphism is closely related to male infertility and female infertility.
