用金黄色葡萄球菌和绿脓杆菌注入家兔角膜实质层内,制成家兔实质层角膜炎模型。观察兔眼症状,在24、48和72小时分别定量计数了角膜感染细菌的菌落数。结果表明在接种细菌后6小时即出现早期角膜炎症状,24小时出现典型症状。在24、48和72小时不同时间内,从角膜分离出的细菌菌落数之间没有明显差异。认为该动物模型对临床与基础科研有较高的实用价值。
Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa injected into the rabbit cornea parenchyma, made rabbit parenchymal keratitis model. Rabbit eye symptoms were observed and the number of corneal-infected bacteria colonies was quantified at 24, 48, and 72 hours, respectively. The results showed early symptoms of keratitis at 6 hours after inoculation and typical symptoms at 24 hours. There was no significant difference in the number of bacterial colonies isolated from the cornea at 24, 48, and 72 hours of different times. That the animal model of clinical and basic research has a higher practical value.
