由省科委、省计委和省统计局联合开展的安徽省科技进步统计监测工作,采用层次分析和要素分析相结合的方法,对每一层次的影响因素进行分析,找出最有影响的指标,确定其权重,形成指标体系,该指标体系共分四个层次,即总指标、一级指标、二级指标、三级指标。总指标就是科技进步,4个一级指标是科技投入、科技产出、经济发展和社会进步。下设11个二级指标和31个三级指标,采用了56个原始数据,其中地市提供的有14个,其他由省直行业归口部门提供。现根据省科技领导小组发布的《1996年安徽省科技进步统计监测公报》,对影响我
