目的了解海拔4000米高原驻地官兵健康情况。方法按服役时间通过随机分组方法,分为A、B、C、D四组,分别检测血压、氧饱和度、血生化、心电图等指标。结果 1.服役年限越高,其血氧饱和度越低;2.年轻战士心电图异常较多;3.B超结果表明在高海拔服役时间超过5年的官兵其消化系统、泌尿系统出现异常较多。结论随在高海拔服役年限升高,官兵在循环系统、消化系统、泌尿系统、血液系统等方面均存在健康问题,严重程度随服役时间增高呈增加趋势。进藏服役1~5年的年轻官兵出现心律不齐现象明显,这可能与训练紧张和心理疏导不够有关,要求科学施训和心理疏导,当前部队很需要配备心理咨询师。
Objective To understand the health status of officers and soldiers stationed at 4000 meters above sea level. Methods The patients were divided into four groups (A, B, C and D) by random grouping according to the time of service. Blood pressure, oxygen saturation, blood biochemistry and electrocardiogram were detected respectively. Results 1. The higher the service life, the lower the oxygen saturation; 2. The abnormality of the electrocardiogram of the young soldier more; 3.B super results show that the officers and soldiers of more than 5 years of service at high altitude their digestive system, urinary system abnormalities than many. Conclusion With the increase of the service life at high altitude, the officers and soldiers have health problems in the circulatory system, digestive system, urinary system and blood system, and the severity increases with the time of service. The phenomenon of arrhythmia in young officers and soldiers who have been in service for 1 to 5 years in Tibet may be obvious. This may be due to lack of training and psychological counseling, scientific training and psychological counseling, and the current troops need psychological counseling.
