以某钢厂生产的帘线钢铸坯试样为原料,使用硅钼棒炉对其进行顶渣熔炼实验,研究顶渣成分对CaOAl2O3-SiO2类夹杂物塑性化的影响。结果表明,在顶渣碱度为0.8~1.2时,随着顶渣中Al2O3质量分数的增加夹杂物中的Al2O3质量分数也随之增加。当顶渣中Al2O3质量分数低于10%时,CaO-Al2O3-SiO2类夹杂物的成分在塑性区范围,对应的此时钢液中的w[Al]s低于8×10-6。通过控制顶渣的成分可以把CaO-Al2O3-SiO2类夹杂物的成分控制在塑性区内。
The sample of cord steel slab produced by a steel mill was taken as raw material, and the top slag melting experiment was carried out by using silicon molybdenum bar furnace to study the influence of top slag composition on the plasticity of CaOAl2O3-SiO2 inclusion. The results show that with the increase of Al 2 O 3 content of 0.8-1.2, the mass fraction of Al2O3 in inclusions increases with the increase of Al2O3 mass fraction in the top slag. When the content of Al2O3 in the top slag is less than 10%, the composition of CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 inclusions is in the plastic zone, and the corresponding w [Al] s in the molten steel is lower than 8 × 10-6 at this time. By controlling the composition of the top slag CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 inclusions can control the composition of the plastic zone.
