目的探讨硅油在治疗复杂性视网膜脱离手术中的应用以及硅油的并发症。方法采用玻璃体切除术联合硅油填充对复杂性视网膜脱离４３只眼进行治疗。结果术后平均随访６个月，视网膜解剖复位者３２只眼，复位率为７６％。术后２３只眼视力≥０．０２。结论玻璃体切除术联合硅油填充是治疗常规手术难以治愈的复杂性视网膜脱离的一种有效的方法。硅油具有一定粘弹性和较高表面张力特性，是较为理想的填充材料。在视网膜复位后，应考虑取出硅油
Objective To investigate the application of silicone oil in the treatment of complex retinal detachment surgery and the complications of silicone oil. Methods Forty-three eyes with complicated retinal detachment were treated by vitrectomy combined with silicone oil. Results The patients were followed up for an average of 6 months. Retinal anatomy was performed in 32 eyes, with a reduction rate of 76%. Twenty-three eyes had visual acuity ≥0.02. Conclusions Vitrectomy combined with silicone oil filling is an effective method for the treatment of complex retinal detachment which is difficult to be cured by conventional surgery. Silicone oil has a certain viscoelasticity and high surface tension characteristics, is an ideal filler material. After the retina is reset, you should consider removing the silicone oil
