目前,国际国内建筑市场广阔,工程分包现象大量存在,大量农民工涌入建筑市场。他们中部分人安全意识淡薄,违章作业现象严重,安全事故时有发生。所以,加强分包安全管理,提升分包安全管理水平是亟待解决的问题。本文围绕这个问题,从确保合法性、安全投入、管理机制、检查考核、安全文化、应急预案等方面进行简要分析,提出加强分包安全管理的措施和方法。
At present, the international and domestic construction markets are vast, and there are a large number of engineering subcontracting phenomena. A large number of migrant workers are pouring into the construction market. Some of them have a weak sense of security, and the illegal operation is serious. Security accidents occur from time to time. Therefore, strengthening subcontracted safety management and improving subcontracting safety management is an urgent problem to be solved. This article focuses on this issue, from the aspects of ensuring legality, safety investment, management mechanism, inspection and evaluation, safety culture, and emergency plans, etc., and proposes measures and methods for strengthening subcontract safety management.
