本文对Ce/β分子筛催化剂反应动力学进行了研究,表明该系列催化剂对氮氧化物氨选择还原反应具有良好的催化活性。该催化剂上反应受NO在氧化态活性位上的吸附控制。通过稳态和非稳态动力学测试,研究了温度对反应的影响规律,测定了反应速率常数随反应温度的变化关系。Ce离子的引人,提高了催化剂固相与氧的交换能力,从而加快了催化剂上活性位的再生速率。
In this paper, the reaction kinetics of Ce / β zeolite catalysts was studied, indicating that this series of catalysts have good catalytic activity for the selective reduction of nitrogen oxides. The catalyst is controlled by the adsorption of NO on the active site of oxidation state. Through steady-state and unsteady kinetic tests, the influence of temperature on the reaction was studied, and the relationship between the reaction rate constant and the reaction temperature was measured. The introduction of Ce ions improves the exchange capacity of the solid phase of the catalyst with oxygen, thereby accelerating the regeneration rate of the active sites on the catalyst.
