近10年来,中国企业热衷于追逐最新的管理工具,管理学者也热衷于不断推介新的管理理论。但是,大家都忘了一个简单的事实:企业不是新理论和新工具的实验场。企业,真正需要的并不是令人眼前一亮的新管理工具,也不是新的管理概念,它需要的是实实在在的经营结果。因此,企业正确的选择是回归企业经营本质的基本元素,并以此为中心展开运作,否则一切努力终将无效。而经营本质的基本元素又该如何界定?我将此概括为:价值、成本、规模、盈利。1.顾客的价值
