目的 :研究人体外血栓形成对紫外线体外照射的效应。方法 :(1)紫外线 (UV)剂量 2 6 1.17mJ/cm2 、照射面积 12 0cm2 ,局部照射 2 0名脑血栓恢复期患者左侧臀部一次。(2 )检测其照射前后体外血栓形成的长度、湿重及干重、优球蛋白溶解时间、血小板粘附率、血小板聚集率、血浆纤维蛋白原。结果 :UV照射后 2h ,体外血栓形成的长度、湿重、干重较UC前明显缩短、减轻 (P <0 .0 1) ,优球蛋白溶解时间显著缩短 (P <0 .0 1) ,血浆纤维蛋白原含量下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,血小板功能较UV照射前无明显变化。结论 :(1)UV局部照射不影响血小板功能。(2 )UV对体外人血栓形成的效应与其激活纤溶蛋白溶解系统有关
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of extracorporeal thrombus formation on UV-B irradiation. Methods: (1) Ultraviolet (UV) dose of 26.117mJ / cm2 and irradiation area of 120cm2 were applied locally to the left hip of 20 patients with cerebral thrombosis recovery. (2) The length, wet weight, dry weight, euglobulin lysis time, platelet adhesion rate, platelet aggregation rate and plasma fibrinogen were measured before and after irradiation. Results: The length, wet weight and dry weight of thrombus in vitro were significantly shortened and alleviated (P <0.01), the euglobulin lysis time was significantly shortened (P <0.01) 2 h after UV irradiation, Plasma fibrinogen content decreased (P <0. 05), platelet function than before UV irradiation no significant change. Conclusion: (1) UV local irradiation does not affect platelet function. (2) The effect of UV on human thrombosis in vitro is related to its activation of the fibrinolytic system
