学生自主管理是学生在教师积极引导下自行发现自我价值、发掘自身潜力、确立自我发展目标、形成适应社会发展和推动个体与社会发展的意识和能力的一种教育管理模式。笔者主要从“激活意识,让学生自主参与”、“适时改变,让学生能动管理”、“搭建平台,让学生自主选择”三方面来阐述学生自主管理策略,以期抛砖引玉。
Students’ self-management is an educational management model in which students find their own self-worth under the positive guidance of teachers, explore their own potentials, establish self-development goals and form the awareness and ability to adapt to social development and promote individual and social development. The author mainly from the “awareness of activation, allowing students to participate in autonomy,” “timely changes, enabling students to manage”, “build a platform for students to choose their own” three aspects of student self-management strategies, with a view to start a discussion.
