喷头内熔体堵塞是熔融沉积成型技术的重要缺陷,造成了产品表面质量不高、精度差等问题。针对典型的熔融沉积快速成型喷头结构,建立了流固两相耦合的热流分析模型。为引入ABS塑料熔体Cross-WLF黏度模型,基于UDF用户定义函数编写材料子程序,采用仿真软件Fluent对流道内熔体的温度场、流动场及压力场进行数值模拟仿真。模拟结果解释了喷头内熔体堵塞的主要原因并提出了解决方案,为喷头的温度控制和热结构优化提供了参考。
Melt plug in the nozzle is an important defect of melt deposition molding technology, resulting in the product surface quality is not high, poor accuracy and other issues. Aiming at the typical structure of molten deposition rapid prototyping nozzle, a heat-flow analysis model of fluid-solid two-phase coupling was established. In order to introduce the Cross-WLF viscosity model of ABS plastic melt, a subroutine of material was programmed based on the UDF user-defined function. The simulation software Fluent was used to simulate the temperature field, flow field and pressure field in the melt. The simulation result explains the main reason of the blockage of the melt in the nozzle and presents the solution, which provides a reference for temperature control and thermal structure optimization of the nozzle.
