目的通过对3288例健康体检人员胸部X线检查结果的分析,探讨胸部X线射影及防护在健康体检中的应用价值。方法整理3288例健康体检人员胸部X线片,按照年龄分组,对阳性结果进行分类记录,计算出阳性检出率,每个年龄组与其他年龄组对比,采用卡方检验两个样本率的差别方法对数据进行分析,计算两年龄组的阳性率有无差别,对受检者进行防护管理。结果 3288例体检人员,胸部X线检查诊断肺内结节25例,炎性病变7例,肺内肿块8例,活动性结核4例,其他病变9例;<30岁体检者未检出肺部肿块,≥30岁体检人员各种病变的阳性检出率增加,<30岁组与≥30岁组阳性检出率差异具有统计学意义,40岁以上人员较40岁以下人员检出率差异更加明显。经过积极的防护措施,3288例体检者均未发现由于X线检查导致的白细胞下降,生殖器官损害导致生育能力下降或下一代的遗传缺陷,未发生白血病、甚至致癌等不良事件。结论肺部病变阳性检出率随年龄的增长明显增高,胸部X线摄片在≥30岁体检人员中具有重要价值,在40岁以上人群中更有意义,通过加强防护管理能够有效减少辐射危害。
Objective To analyze the results of chest X-ray examination of 3288 health examination staff to explore the value of chest X-ray examination and prevention in health examination. Methods The chest X-ray films of 3288 health examination staff were arranged and grouped according to age. The positive results were classified and recorded, and the positive detection rate was calculated. Each age group was compared with other age groups, and the difference between the two sample rates was tested by chi-square test Methods The data were analyzed to calculate whether there was any difference between the positive rates of the two age groups and protective management of the subjects. Results A total of 3288 medical examinations were performed. Chest X-ray was used to diagnose 25 pulmonary nodules, 7 inflammatory lesions, 8 pulmonary masses, 4 active tuberculosis and 9 other lesions. Department of mass, ≥ 30-year-old medical staff increased the positive detection rate of various diseases, <30-year-old group and ≥ 30-year-old positive detection rate was statistically significant difference between 40-year-old staff over the age of 40 the difference was detected more obvious. After positive protective measures, 3288 patients did not find any decrease in white blood cells due to X-ray examination, reproductive organ damage caused by decreased fertility or the next generation of genetic defects, no leukemia, or even carcinogenic and other adverse events. Conclusions The detection rate of pulmonary lesions is obviously increased with the increase of age. The chest X-ray is of great value in the medical examinations of 30 years old and more meaningful in people over 40 years old. It can effectively reduce the radiation hazard by strengthening the protection management .
