使用5kW光纤激光焊和MIG焊复合,对3 mm厚316L不锈钢试板进行对接焊,研究不同间隙情况下焊缝的宏观形貌、微观组织和显微硬度。结果表明,焊缝余高和焊缝宽度随接头间隙的增大而减小。对接间隙小于板厚的25%时,焊缝成形好且组织均匀致密。对接间隙的变化对焊缝显微硬度影响不大,但由于陶瓷衬垫中部分杂质参与熔池反应,在对接间隙为板厚的20%的接头中,焊缝顶部和焊缝底部的显微硬度有所差别。焊缝顶部硬度为383.7 HV0.2,焊缝底部硬度为423.5 HV0.2。
The 3 mm thick 316L stainless steel specimens were butt welded using 5kW fiber laser welding and MIG welding to study the macroscopic morphology, microstructure and microhardness of the weld under different clearances. The results show that the weld height and weld bead width decrease with the increase of joint clearance. The butt gap is less than 25% of the plate thickness, the weld is well formed and the structure is even and compact. However, due to the partial impurities in the ceramic liner being involved in the reaction of the weld pool, the microstructure of the joint at the top of the weld and the bottom of the weld in the joints where the butting gap is 20% of the plate thickness Hardness is different. The top weld bead hardness is 383.7 HV0.2 and the bottom weld bead hardness is 423.5 HV0.2.
