介绍了金属蜂窝钎焊件生产制造过程中的实时成像检测。传统射线照相技术受限于管径及射线束角度,透照有效区域小,大型蜂窝结构件检测效率低;同时还会发生由于工件厚度变化致使芯格影像变形的问题,影响检测结果的判断。运用实时成像技术对蜂窝结构件移动扫描检测,有效地解决了上述问题,同时使用分辨率测试卡,保障了系统的分辨力,获得了满意结果。
The real-time imaging inspection in the manufacturing process of metal honeycomb brazing parts is introduced. Traditional radiography technology is limited by the diameter of tube and beam, the effective area of transillumination is small, and the detection efficiency of large-scale honeycomb structure parts is low. Meanwhile, the deformation of the core image due to the change of the thickness of the workpiece also occurs and the judgment of the test result is affected. Using real-time imaging technology to detect the movement of the honeycomb structural parts, the above problems are effectively solved. At the same time, the resolution test card is used to ensure the resolution of the system, and satisfactory results are obtained.
