经手术治疗及病理学检查证实脑星形细胞瘤131例,其中星形细胞瘤Ⅰ级25例,Ⅱ级45例,Ⅲ～Ⅳ级61例。男女之比为1.9∶1,幕上幕下之比为6.7∶1,幕上以Ⅲ～Ⅳ级多见,幕下以Ⅰ～Ⅱ级多见.各级别肿瘤临床表现大多有颅内高压症,Ⅰ级以癫痫多见,Ⅲ～Ⅳ级以肢体活动障碍多见.并对肿瘤的级别与年龄、肿瘤部位、术前病程、主要首发症状、CT表现、治疗效果和生存时间等变量关系进行了探讨。
131 cases of astrocytoma were confirmed by operation and pathological examination, including 25 cases of grade Ⅰ astrocytoma, 45 cases of grade Ⅱ and 61 cases of grade Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ. Men and women ratio of 1.9: 1, the ratio of screen to screen 6.7: 1, supratentorial to grade Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ more common, Ⅰ - Ⅱ under the screen more common clinical manifestations at all levels of intracranial hypertension, Ⅰ, Ⅰ Grade Ⅲ was more common in epilepsy, and Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ grade was more common in patients with limb movement disorder.The relationship between the grade of the tumor and the age, tumor location, preoperative course, main first symptom, CT appearance, treatment effect and survival time were discussed .
