伊通地区奢岭组以上地层高渗透性砂岩、粉砂岩、砂砾岩极易引起塑性蠕动,奢岭组双阳组地层层理裂隙发育,同时伴随着破碎带。地层应力强,地层倾角大。地层钙离子含量偏高,在350mg/L左右。由于上述的地质原因,在钻井施工过程中,极易导致钻井液粘切上升、滤矢量增大、井眼缩径、起钻遇卡下钻遇阻,从而加剧了掉块井塌的发生。易发生井斜,相继引发掉块粘卡等问题,这一客观的地质因素一直困扰着安全顺利施工和钻井提速。我们结合该地区地层特点和以往施工情况,经过室内试验,通过分析研究该地区钻井液的技术难点,对原有钻井液体系进一步完善,优选出强抑制性防塌防缩径钻井液。
High permeability sandstone, siltstone and glutenite above Shelao Formation in Yitong area can easily cause plastic peristalsis, and the stratified and fractured strata of Shuangyang Formation in She Ling Formation develop accompanied by crushing zone. Stratum stress is strong, stratum dip angle. Stratum calcium ion content is high, about 350mg / L. Due to the above geological reasons, during the construction process of drilling, it is easy to cause the viscosity of drilling fluid to increase, the increase of filter vector, the decrease of borehole diameter and the encounter of drilling and drilling, which aggravates the occurrence of falling well collapse. Prone to well deviation, have led to block sticky cards and other issues, this objective geological factors have been plagued by safe and smooth construction and drilling speed. Based on the stratigraphic characteristics of the area and previous construction conditions, through laboratory tests, we analyzed and studied the technical difficulties of drilling fluids in this area to further improve the original drilling fluid system. We selected a strong inhibition anti-collapse anti-shrinkage drilling fluid.
