最近,苏联《金属热处理》杂志报道了某工厂对高锰钢热处理工艺进行了改进,提出了一种能有效提高高锰钢耐磨性能的热处理新工艺:即将高锰钢(110F13JI相当于我国ZGMn13)加热至1100℃水冷淬火+460~480℃时效4~6h,然后再加热至850℃保温3~6h水冷淬火。据报道,采用新工艺处理可以在不添加任何合金元素的情况下,使传统的高锰钢达到足够高的冲击韧性,而耐磨性可提高的60%。
