近年来,随着教育改革的不断深入,教育工作者教学的有效性备受重视,尤其是高中的数学教学。高中数学知识的难度相较初中、小学来说要更大一些,对学生的逻辑性有很高的要求,在学习过程中,学生往往会遇到很大的阻碍。因此,对教育工作者如何在高中数学课堂上进行有效管理提出了更高的要求。教师不但要积极研究新的教学方法,还要激发学生的学习兴趣,调动其学习的主观能动性,创造优质的教学环境。就高中数学课堂的现状,对高中数学课堂有效管理进行了初步的研究。
In recent years, with the continuous deepening of education reform, the effectiveness of teaching of educators has drawn great attention, especially in high school mathematics teaching. The difficulty of high school math knowledge compared to junior high school, primary school is bigger, the logic of the students have high requirements, in the learning process, students often encounter great obstacles. Therefore, higher expectations are placed on how educators can effectively manage high school math classes. Teachers should not only actively study new teaching methods, but also stimulate students’ interest in learning and mobilize the subjective initiative of their study to create a quality teaching environment. Based on the current situation of high school mathematics classroom, this paper makes a preliminary study on the effective management of high school mathematics classroom.
