水利部文件水国科[2003]546号 关于发布《水利标准化工作管理办法的通知》部直属各单位,各省、自治区、直辖市水利(水务)厅(局),各计划单列市水利(水务)局,新疆建设兵团水利局: 根据《中华人民共和国标准化法》及其配套法规的要求,结合水利标准化工作实际,我部制定了《水利标准化工作管理办法》,现印发给你们,请遵照执行。1992年发布的《水利行业标准管理办法》和1994年发布的《关于水利水电技术标准审查报批工作的规定》同时废止。 各单位在实施中,应注意总结经验,发现问题请及时函告部国际合作与科技司。 中华人民共和国水利部 二○○三年十一月十三日
Ministry of Water Resources Water State Branch [2003] No. 546 on the issuance of “Water Resources Standardization Management Measures Notification” directly under the units, provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities water conservancy (Water) Office (Bureau), the municipalities separately planning the water conservancy Xinjiang Construction Corps Water Conservancy Bureau: In accordance with the requirements of the “Standardization Law of the People’s Republic of China” and its supporting laws and regulations, in combination with the actualization of water conservancy standardization work, the Ministry of Water Resources has formulated the “Measures for the Administration of Water Conservancy Standardization Work”, which are hereby printed and distributed to you. The Administrative Measures on Water Conservancy Industry Standards promulgated in 1992 and the Provisions on Examination and Approval of Technical Standards for Water Conservancy and Hydropower issued in 1994 were abolished at the same time. When implementing the work, all units should pay attention to summing up their experiences and immediately notify the Department of International Cooperation and Science and Technology if any problems are found.
