“村里的财务、村务和党务公开情况,强农惠农政策、粮食直补资金发放情况,只要轻轻移动鼠标、敲击键盘,就可以查得一清二楚。遇到不明白的,还可以通过视频对话进行咨询。”这是稷山县建立起县、乡、村三级“阳光农廉网”以来出现的新景象。2010年元月,按照省、市对农廉工作的安排部署,稷山县投资300余万元,启动了覆盖县、乡、村三级的阳光农廉网公开监督网络体系。截至目前,全县7个乡镇、18个县直成员单位、200个行政村的阳光农廉查询室全部建起并投入运行。两年多来,“阳光农廉网”充分发挥公开、透明、便捷的特点,形成了一个上下互联、左右互通、公开及时、便于查询的农村“三务”信息公开平台,为新农村建设提供了强有力的支撑。
