I am an advocacy minister of the corporate party committee. This is a trivial post in the eyes of many people. Some people in the community refer to the political department as “the Qingzui Yamen, which grasps learning, reading documents, writing slogans and talking about the mountains.” Coupled with the fact that a few business leaders also look at the role of low-level ideological and political workers, they regard political cadres as “redundant people” of the enterprises. Merger agencies reduce them, join the workforce to send them, and temporarily task them. Try the bitterness. Puzzled triggered thinking. I think people are not prejudiced against political workers because they are not brought about by reforms but are ineffective in their own role and not suited to the situation of reform.
