近期,“猪流感”疫情的肆虐使世界卫生组织宣布进入公共卫生紧急状态,并接连几次提升警告等级。世卫总干事陈冯富珍呼吁,所有国家都应该立即启动应对流感大规模流行的准备计划。
Recently, the outbreak of “Swine Flu” has caused the World Health Organization to declare a public health emergency and to raise its warning level several times in succession. WHO Director-General Margaret Chan called for all countries to immediately start preparations for a pandemic influenza preparedness plan.
