目的探索数字X线摄影(DR)技术在尘肺病诊断中应用的可行性。方法选取来南平市疾控中心复诊且能配合的已诊断尘肺病和尘肺观察对象62例,同时拍摄传统高仟伏(HKV)胸片和DR胸片,对2种胸片的质量、小阴影的总体密集度、小阴影形态及尘肺病诊断结果等进行比较分析。结果首次拍摄的DR胸片的一级片率高于传统HKV胸片;DR胸片与HKV胸片对尘肺病小阴影的总体密集度、形态、分布范围及尘肺诊断结果无明显差异。结论DR技术运用于尘肺病诊断可行,但应用上还有一些具体问题需解决、规范。
Objective To explore the feasibility of digital radiography (DR) in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis. Methods Totally 62 cases of diagnosed pneumoconiosis and pneumoconiosis were recruited from Nanping Municipal CDC and matched with traditional chest radiography (HKV) and chest radiography (DRV). The quality of the two kinds of chest radiographs, small shadows The overall intensity, small shadow shape and pneumoconiosis diagnosis results for comparative analysis. Results The first slice rate of DR chest radiography was higher than that of the traditional HKV chest radiograph. There was no significant difference between DR chest radiograph and HKV chest radiograph on the overall intensity, shape, distribution range and pneumoconiosis diagnosis of pneumoconiosis. Conclusions The DR technique is applicable to the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis. However, there are some specific problems to be solved and standardized in application.
