为了快速有效抽采松软煤层掘进巷道围岩瓦斯,结合定向千米钻机性能,提出采用梳状定向长钻孔“横向”或“纵向”布置方式远距离掩护预抽掘进巷道围岩煤体瓦斯。根据掘进工作面特征,按梳状定向长钻孔设计流程,总结出钻孔轨迹设计原则,并借鉴定向井设计与计算理论,提出三段式斜平面法设计梳状定向长钻孔,明确了钻孔轨迹空间位置的点、线、面之间的关系,简化优化钻孔轨迹设计参数,降低钻孔施工风险。最后以余吾煤矿某掘进巷道为例,详细介绍了斜平面设计方法,分析表明三段式斜平面设计梳状定向钻孔的方法满足工程精度,减少了设计工作量,提高了工作效率。
In order to quickly and effectively extract the surrounding rock gas of roadway with soft coal seam and combine the performance of directional drilling machine with km, we propose the pre-excavation of tunnel surrounding rock with “longitude” or “vertical” Coal gas. According to the characteristics of driving face, according to the comb-oriented long borehole design flow, the principle of borehole trajectory design is summarized. Based on the design and calculation theory of directional well, a three-section inclined plane method is proposed to design comb-directional long borehole. The relationship between point, line and plane of drilling trajectory spatial position simplifies the design parameters of drilling trajectory and reduces the risk of drilling construction. Finally, taking a roadway in Yuwu coal mine as an example, the design method of inclined plane is introduced in detail. The analysis shows that the method of comb - shaped directional drilling in three - section oblique plane meets the engineering accuracy, reduces the design workload and improves the work efficiency.
