At present, our country is in the fifth high incidence of casualties since the founding of the People’s Republic. Accident statistics show that 2/3 of the casualties and 3/4 of the major accidents and serious occupational hazards occur in private enterprises. To strengthen safety production and labor protection work of private-owned enterprises has become a top priority for the development of private-owned enterprises.
