模拟镉污染土壤作幼苗试验,土壤镉污染量超过133μg/g土时,结球甘兰(Brassi-ca Oleracea var.Capitata)幼苗出现明显镉毒害。幼苗含镉量和土壤全镉、0.1N盐酸提取镉、PH7.3DTPA提取镉、1N中性醋酸铵提取镉都是显著相关。镉污染量在幼苗出现毒害范围,土壤有效镉的“活度”更大。土壤有效镉的形态主要是交换态镉和络合态镉。土壤镉含量低于33.3μg/g土时以络态合镉为主,高于66.7μg/g土时以交换态镉为主。
