水资源是重要的基础资源和战略经济资源,是不可替代的资源,经济的持续增长要求有水资源的持续供给作为保证。然而水资源是有限的,经济社会的可持续发展,必须重视水资源的节约使用。松辽流域农业灌溉用水量占总用水量的60%以上,农业节水尤为重要。研究各种农业节水灌溉技术,提出农业节水措施和保障措施,为水资源管理和节水型社会建设提供依据。一、节水灌溉技术在松辽流域的适应性分析
