为提高官兵的身体素质,部队开展了多项训练内容,击靶是其中的重要一项。然而,部队官兵在进行拳击训练时,缺少一种能用来测量训练者训练参数(如打击速度、打击力量、打击次数等训练效能)的装置,不能在训练完成后获知训练的效果。为此本文设计了一种固定式拳击训练效能测量装置,使拳击训练更加科学化,水平化,用更加准确的数据标准来指导官兵的拳击训练,为执勤处突打下良好基础。
In order to improve the physical quality of officers and men, the military carried out a number of training contents, and targeting was an important one of them. However, the officers and soldiers in boxing training lacks a device that can measure trainer training parameters (such as strike speed, striking power and number of strikes) and can not learn the effect of training after the training is completed. Therefore, this paper designs a fixed boxing training effectiveness measuring device, which makes the boxing training more scientific and horizontal and uses more accurate data standards to guide the officers and men’s boxing training, laying a good foundation for the duty station.
