目的对上颌前牙区颌骨的骨量及唇侧骨皮质厚度进行测量分析,为正畸治疗植入微种植支抗钉的安全区提供参考依据。方法对2010年9月至2011年6月来大连市口腔医院就诊的25例成人患者行锥形束CT扫描及三维重建,测量距上颌牙槽嵴顶3、6、9、12mm4个水平上颌中切牙、侧切牙、尖牙根间区近远中向、唇腭向的距离以及唇侧骨皮质厚度。结果 (1)在距上颌牙槽嵴顶3、6、9mm水平中切牙根间近远中向距离均最宽,唇侧骨皮质均最薄;(2)在距牙槽嵴顶9mm水平中切牙与侧切牙根间近远中向距离最窄;(3)在4个测量水平侧切牙与尖牙根间唇侧骨皮质均最厚;(4)唇腭向在距牙槽嵴顶9mm及以上水平,中切牙根间骨厚度最薄,中切牙与侧切牙根间骨厚度最厚。25例中仅3例前牙区各牙根长度超过12mm,在距牙槽嵴顶12mm水平能测出根间近远中向距离,均较宽。结论通过对扫描后颌骨影像的分析,明确了前牙区颌骨的骨量及唇侧骨皮质厚度,为植入微种植支抗钉的安全区提供参考依据。
Objective To measure and analyze the bone mass of the maxillary anterior teeth area and the labial cortical bone thickness to provide a reference for the orthodontic treatment of implantable micro-implantations in the safety zone. Methods Twenty-five adult patients who came to Dalian Dental Hospital from September 2010 to June 2011 underwent conical beam CT scan and three-dimensional reconstruction to measure the distance between the maxillary alveolar ridge at 3, 6, 9, Incisor, lateral incisors, cantidium near and far to the middle, the distance between the lip and palate and the labial cortical bone thickness. Results (1) In the distance from maxillary alveolar crest 3,6,9 mm, the mesial root distance was the widest and the labial cortex was the thinnest. (2) At the level of 9 mm from alveolar crest Incisors and lateral incisors in the mesial distance to the narrowest; (3) in the four measurement level lateral incisors and canines root labium cortical bone are the thickest; (4) cleft lip and palate to the alveolar crest 9mm and Above the level, the thickness of incisor interphalangeal bone is the thinnest, and the thickness of interphalangeal bone between incisor and lateral incisor is the thickest. In 25 cases, only three cases of anterior teeth of the root length of more than 12mm, 12mm from the alveolar ridge can be measured in the distance between the roots of the distance, are wide. Conclusion By analyzing the images of the scanned posterior jaw, the bone mass of the anterior teeth area and the cortical bone thickness of the labialis were determined, which provided a reference for the implantation of the micro-implanting anchorage in the safety zone.
