1986年5月,安康水电站库区考古队在紫阳县宦姑乡小蜡烛园了解到村民刘志坤于1982年翻地时,捡到一块铸有“吹笙人”形象的铜饰。于是到出土地点进行调查。出土现场已破坏,原是一座因滑坡而被毁的北朝墓葬。经过清理,又出土铜饰五块,编为1—6号。其中:舞伎一块,长7.5厘米,宽4.2厘米;伎乐四块,均长4.2厘米、宽3.8厘米,两个击鼓者,一个弹琵琶者,一个吹笙者;另一块中部残缺,图像不可辨识。
