国家科技部与上海市科委为进一步支持科技型中小企业的技术创新,使中小企业在经济发展中占有更大的份额,分别设立了国家技术创新基金与上海市技术创新资金,加大了对中小企业扶持和引导的力度,以促进科技成果的转化。“华东科技”作为科委系统的杂志,当责无旁贷地配合科委予以宣传介绍。为此,笔者就此有关情况,先后采访了上海市科委杨庆根和顾云飞两位处长。现将采访情况刊出,以望能对科技型中小型企业有所裨益。
