目前,乌兹别克斯坦已开采的烃类资源占该国总储量的20%,预计该国烃类资源探明储量在未来将继续增长。2008年乌兹别克斯坦天然气的开采量和出口量,尤其是对俄罗斯的出口量大幅提高,但同时却无法遏制石油开采量的不断下降。为了加快勘探开发工作,增加探明储量,乌正在积极地吸引外商投资。目前,共有41家外国公司进入其油气田勘探开发领域。由于尚未发现新的大型油田,乌正努力借助国外公司的技术力量,积极开展老油田的深度开发。乌国家石油天然气公司现阶段的主要任务是在继续扩大天然气开采和出口的同时,加大新油田的开发力度,增加原油储量。另外,乌还在天然气化工领域不断加强生产基地的建设。
At present, Uzbekistan has exploited 20% of the country’s total reserves of hydrocarbon resources and it is expected that the proven reserves of hydrocarbon resources in the country will continue to grow in the future. Uzbekistan’s natural gas production and exports in 2008, especially for Russia, have risen substantially, but at the same time failed to curb the declining oil production. In order to speed up exploration and development work and increase proven reserves, Ukraine is actively attracting foreign investment. At present, a total of 41 foreign companies have entered the field of oil and gas exploration and development. As no new large oilfield has yet been discovered, Wuzheng is making every effort to leverage on the technological capabilities of foreign companies to actively carry out the in-depth development of the old oilfields. The main task of UNAG at this stage is to increase the development of new oil fields and increase the reserves of crude oil while continuing to expand natural gas exploration and exports. In addition, Ukraine still in the natural gas chemical industry continue to strengthen the production base.
