Acute infection with EBV (EBV) often causes infectious mononucleosis, and chronic infection with EBV is associated with the development of several types of malignant tumors. The major antigens of the EB virus are the nuclear antigen family: EBNA1 to EBNA6; latent membrane protein families: LMP1 and LMP2. According to the degree of EBV antigen expression of tumor cells, their associated malignant tumors were classified. For example, immunoblastic lymphoma B contained all antigens of EBV; nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and Hodgkin’s disease contained EBNA1, LMP1 and LMP2; Burkitt’s lymphoma only contained
