“学生评教”作为一个重要的教学管理手段,逐步被各大高校采用,并且取得了一定的效果。但是该制度的有效性没有充分发挥。主要原因是现有的评教体制并没有充分发挥学生、教师参与积极性,使其流于形式。必须从提高师生参与者积极性出发,改进“学生评教”机制,提高制度有效性。
As an important teaching management measure, “student evaluation teaching” is gradually adopted by universities and colleges and has achieved some results. However, the effectiveness of this system has not been fully realized. The main reason is that the existing evaluation system does not give full play to the enthusiasm of students and teachers to make them formal. We must start from the initiative of teachers and students to improve the mechanism of “student evaluation of teaching” to improve the effectiveness of the system.
